hello all. i usually ride the stairmaster for 30 - 40 minutes each morning before my workout. on weekends i walk & jog for an hour (gym opens late). i notice that my legs feel like they got a much better workout when i walk than when using the stairmaster. my question is; which is better for losing weight. i usually burn 400 calories on the stairs and from what i've read, a lot less walking/ jogging. i just feel more pumped after the walk. i would love some input. thanks.
