Just wonerin' if anyone new of any good natural sources of fiber that taste good????

You can get a great combination of fiber and EFA's from flaxseed. Just sprinkle them on your cottage cheese, salads, whatever. Nutty taste, and great for you.

Thanks bbifit,

What do you think about bran cereal as part of my diet, like a cup and a half as one of my 5 meals...contains about 10-15 grams of fiber. I dont get too many carbs in my diet, this would be one of my main sources...let me know.

I would have this meal early in the day. I would think about some oatmeal, it is great soluble fiber, plus heart healthy and good slow burning fuel. In the morning, carbs are metabolized well by the body. I would have my highest carb meal at this time.
