feeling warmer

I'm posting this here as it may end up just being a female thing. The last couple of weeks I have been having these warm 'flashes'. Since I am 46 I was thinking that it was hormonal, but my husband said that it could be because my metabloism is increasing (finally) and that could be causing me to feel 'hot'. He was always the hot one and I am usually cold if it is less that 78 out. Anyone else have this problem or know what's up?

I believe you husband is right. I am 55 and was on hormones, no longer, but I was not having any hot flashes after the hormones. The past couple of months I just start to sweat, I move and I sweat, or, at least, get warm. It has got to be a metabolism thing.
