I just finished the 12 week mass program and took a week off. I got everything out that I put in, went from 6-1 200 lbs to 220 lbs in a little longer than the 12 weeks but now Im not only big, my whole body looks all swollen. I'm happy with the big part but dont know where to go next, or how to get back the good definition I once had without loosing my gains in mass. which of you beautiful people will help yo boy in need?
I'm not exactly sure, but I think now is when you go into the 'cutting phase' which is mostly tweaking your diet. Hopefully someone else will help you out with specifics.
