Hope this is the right section to post this question.
Can anyone give me some good exercises for the exercise ball? Maybe a link to a few sites?
What are your opinions using an exercise ball?

My trainer has me use the exercise ball in a variety of ways, I do squats with it and use it on the lateral pull down machine (not sure that is the exact name), it is really a challenge to balance yourself when using the ball. But he just started me doing what I call a lift and pull, you lay on your back with you heels on the ball, raise your hips off the floor and pull the ball to you, push the ball back out do not lower your hips, and do it again. The first time he had me do that I only did 3 sets of 5, now I do 3 sets of 15, you can really feel it.

Performing crunches on the ball targets the rectus abdominus, but more importantly, works the tranverse abdominus. This is a muscle that lies deep under the abdominals and is responsible for giving you that flat tummy look. You can also easily target the lower back and obliques while reducing the strain on your body and need for equipment.

And the crunches work great, just be sure to be in the right place on the ball. You have to be where you "almost" feel your back bending. You will feel the crunches correctly then, I did them wrong for a while but not anymore and today, my abs KNOW I did crunches on the ball last night.
