man o man, can i eat bread or not i kno if i do to eat wheat i feel like i need it to feel right just one sandwich a day like roast beef.ok heres my diet tell me what u think i made it up myself...its funny...can i make gains of lean muscle in this diet???by the way im 5'10 174lbs

meal #1 nutragrain bar+eggs-1 whole 2 white
meal#2 i cup pasta no sauce+roast beef sandwich
scoop of pb b4 workout/////workout////
meal#3chicken and vegtables
meal#4 1 cup pasta +sauce

The diet looks pretty good, however your pre workout calories may be a little high & you could use one more meal per day. In addition using a vegtable sauce with your pre workout pasta will help to bring the GI down a bit, also I would reccomend drinking some milk with the lower protein meals (try to consume 30 grams of protein per meal). Personally I find sandwiches to be an excellent meal as they are easy to make, counting the calories in them is simple, & they give you a good combo of macronutrients, try usig sauce & drinking milk with meal #2 and eating the sandwich later on in its own meal, this will also allow you to be more generous when building the sandwich as it has its own mealtime.
