Does cardio deplet abs from developing?

In order to show your abs you must do cardio, in order to do cardio you need carbohydrates for energy. Therefore, how many carbs should I take in per day, so I don't get this little fat on my abs, because I can feel my abs, but I just can't see them. They are strong and developed so now what do I need to do, to get these babies to revel themselves?

Cardio by design is meant to stengthen the heart & lungs which are very good reason to crdio. However cardio is not required in order to loose fat & consequently obtain the elusive "six pack" The only thing that is required to burn fat is that we burn more calories than we consume on a daily basis this process is referred to as thermogenisis. Thermogenisis is not caused soely by cardio, but by any activity that we perform including sleeping. However it is inportant to point out that in order to maintain muscle mass we do not want to burn more than 100 calories than we consume in a 3 hour period therefore when performing activity we must allow ourselves enough calories to perform the time periods activities minus the 100 calories extra that we wish to burn from existing fat stores. personally I prefer weight training to cardio for fat loss as it also promotes gains in lean mass as well as getting rid of extra bodyfat & remember the more muscle we have the more calories our body uses even at rest. If you do not know what yoour daily calories should be I'm sure the FT nutritional program can help you out if not repost with your hight, weight, and aprox. If you want to see your abs, you will have to adjust your diet. BF has to be very low. Cardio won't make your abs appear.
