Well, I had been working out using the FT program for a couple of months on a Weidman home gym. We just added a olympic free weight bench to the room and this last work REALLY did a number on me. Is it normal to still have decent muscle sorness 3 days after the workout?

Also, my left pectorial muscle is what hurts so much (it hurts to lift my arm up straight out to my side) and looking in the mirror it seems much larger than my right pectorial muscle now. Any suggestions on how to even that out?

Thanks for the input! So far it feels like muscle soreness, but I have a kind of aching pain on that left pec. I really don't think I overdid the workout, but then again with the weights we have to work with, I was only able to complete 4 - 6 reps on a few of the routines ...

Any suggestions / information on why that side would look a bit larger today and how I can even that out on the other side (an extra dumbell set on the right side?)
