I was in San Diego on vacation a few weeks ago, and the people who live out there are the nicest people and most fun laid back people....everyday here i strive to be like them...and the weather was awesome... oh and of course my best bud Ryan lives there (cross coast buds) So now i am looking for a job out in SD so if you live there and know of any hook me up!!! haha
But today i worked out and was not really into it I did chest and abs today. But i messed up earlier in the week and did arms and my arms were still sore which made it harder to do what i wanted weight wise. So i was kinda P.O'ed then came home and looked at me in the mirror and i only did upper abs so i was like even more depressed b/c it made me look fatter on the bottom of my stomach...then i did lower abs on the floor in my room...then looked ;in the mirror and was like.... YEAH!!! haha so now i feel good about my self/body.... haha dunno just felt like sharing
