I have been on the weight loss/toning routine for about eight weeks. I have lost about 12lbs. and went from 30% to about 24%. I have hit a plateau and have not really moved much for the last two weeks. My goal was to be at about 18% bodyfat and then start the lean muscle mass routine. Should I stay on the weight loss/toning routine or go ahead and do a lean muscle mass routine and go back to the weight loss afterwards? Any suggestions?

Shaking up your normal routine might be beneficial into producing more results. I don't think it would harm anything to try something different for a while.
