Well, I injured my knee about 2 months ago and have been 'out of commission' until now. I have been going stir crazy and just got the go ahead from my doc that I can start working out again. Only problem is he said no running, no squats, no lunges or any other exercise that will put strain on my knee until I can build my quad strength back up. I have about 20 - 30 pounds to lose, inches to lose and really need to firm up thighs, gluts and abs. I was doing my fitness program before my injury that included a lot of squats and lunges for legs and gluts, but now that that is ruled out, what else is there? Any advice is much appreciated.
