On the guide that tells you what you're supposed to do that day, one of the things you're supposed to enter is the input weight used. How do I know how much that is?
I mean, what if you're doing something like pushups or something that doesn't actually involve weights. How do I know how much weight I'm using then? (I hope that makes sense...)
