Well, I set the workout to be 5 days a week, with two days rest.
The program is nicely spread throughout the week, but I wonder if those two days are enough? Those five days are organized so that I won't harass the same groups too much the following days, but still :) Just wondering since it's starting on Monday.

Thanks in advance.

I've followed a 5 day program for the past 7 weeks - working fine for me since, as you say, it focussing on different body parts, allowing them to rest.

Good to know that there is at least one person trying a 5-day prog out.. I'll start with it then.

Is there a difference between a 5-day schedule and a 3-day schedule in the amount of excercises done?

Is a 5-day schedule required to see results?

Well, it all depends on the amount of time you've got on your hands. A 3-day workout it fine if you have a life and such(which I don't due to the fact I'll hit the army soon) :)
