Well roelof69. I think it's best if you can separate those two days if you can. Your body will be able to heal up better if they are spread out a bit. And if you're working out correctly.. and only twice a week.. you're bound to be super sore on sunday morning! Which means you won't be able to put 100% into your sunday workout. Good luck!

I work monday through friday from 5 am to about 6 or 7 pm, and go to bed by 9 or so. There is no way I can workout during the week. So saturday and sunday are my only choices, and better choice than not working out at all. So back to my question, could I do them on those two days?

i wouldnt say so, i mean, im not an expert like most of these guys, but i dont think it would be your best route to workout on those two days, maybe you could just workout on saturday or somthin though??a workout would only take you about an hour or so.........if you have a weight bench you might could fit it in your schedule, sorry just trying to help, not tryin to but in your business.......

Anyone give me a reason why I can't, other than no recuperation days?

I lift 50 lb water bottles around 200 times a day delivering water and other products, constantly moving. So that in itself is a workout everyday. If I'm trying to maintain, atleast, I see no reason why working out on those two days will be so bad?

Why can't you work out on the weekdays, your hours are not that bad? If you work all your muscle groups back to back you won't be putting all your effort into it and your muscles will just keep breaking down, therefore little muscle growth. But if that really is your only choice then I suppose it's better than nothing. Just don't be suprised if your results are poor.

I work from 5 am to 7 pm and go to bed by 9. Where do you see time to workout? I mean seriously??? I get home, shower, eat dinner, and it's pretty much time to go to bed. I don't see them breaking down... I lift 50 lb bottles 200 times a day, and lift on the weekends. I'm not sitting on my ass all week.....

Roelof69 these people are not questioning what you do all day. They are simply trying to help you by telling you it is not smart to work out 2 days in a row. your body needs at least a day to rest. Its simple.
