Feel free to peruse the Supplements forum for specific supplements or supplement-types. Can't really recommend anything, besides the basics such as creatine, multi-vitamin and protein powder. Since your goal is to lose weight, stick to what you are already on. Remember to cycle Hydroxycut.

While I have most of what I need at home, I still need to purchase a good set of barbells.
Also I have no knowledge of supplements. At present I am taking MegaMen multi-vitamins and Hydroxycut.
