Hey ppl, i have a question i hope you all can help me with. Now im hearing everyone saying that to get a equally and evenly developed chest, every section (upper,inner,outer,lower) must be worked from the start. Now its been a year since ive been on and off working out, but the last few months have been pretty strict routine, except i have noticed my center (outer) chest is more developed then upper and lower . Now should i drop the flat bench press and start working decline/incline press only to even out the definition till the point where its even ? Please help. Thanx in advance for those who reply
