hey how do i stengthen my forearms, i don really cre about size, i just need strength!

My favorite exercise is the behind the back barbell wrist curls. I've been doing it since I played baseball and they work great. Forearms are easy to overtrain though, quite a few times i've strained them. However, I now listen to my body.

seated dumbell wrist curls are good and reversed grip barbell curls will help too.

how about those hand grippers you can buy?
are they worth carrying around in my bag to use on the bus?
