Hi Everyone,
First of all, good luck to you all in reaching your goals. I have a question. I typically eat 800 calories less than what was calculated for me to reach my goal. Do I HAVE to eat more? For instance, Do I HAVE to eat ALL of the fat? Isn't it better to eat less fat?
Please send me your thoughts.
Thanks a bunch!
Robin

What are your goals? (please fill in your profile). Are you looking for muscle mass or fat loss?
You need to keep the metabolism high to burn fat so you need to eat.
Don't be afraid of eating enough fat. Be afraid of simple carbs instead.......

Very true. I spend most of my time concentrating more on carbs than fats. You can have a little varience in your calorie intake. Just do long as it isn't enormous. I believe on here it says to stay within 10%

Hi there! Thanks for your response. What I'm afraid of is that when I put in my weight, height and goal (to lose 20 lbs.), I was given an expected calorie intake of 1900 cals per day. Isn't that high? I only weight 140. I'm pretty small.
