I am currently trying to work out three days a week. The upcoming two weeks are shaping up to be very busy. My question is: When missing a scheduled workout, do I just push all of my workouts back a day or skip it and then come back to it the following week? Alternatively, I could mix my workouts together and get less of everything. I just wanted to get some opinions.
Just push it back a day Ken. There's no reason that the poor muscle that you didn't train a day should be put to sleep for the rest of the week. If one muscle is skipped than the others will develop quicker than it will.
