Just one Question. On my exercise program there is....
set# repetitions
1 15
2 15
3 12
4 10
I know what the repetitions are. The sets are what I don't understand. Could someone Please tell me what they are for!
Thanks

a set (if thats what you're askin) is a set of that many reps, ie 3 sets of 8 (repetitions) means do 8 repetitions, then have a small rest, then do another set, and so on, until you've done 8 reps, 3 seperate times.
i hope that helps, maybe i didn't really understand ur q!
-------------- *My body only feels good when it burns!
*Little voice telling you to quit? Put your fingers in your ears!
*"Life shrinks or grows in proportion to one's courage"
