My trainer started me on Split Workouts last night. On Thursday we do lower body and abs (I started the "walking lunges, OW) and Tuesday we will do upper body and abs. I am doing cardio 45 min - 1 hour everyday. I would like to "workout" 1 more day per week, any suggestions of what I should do on that day?

My suggestion would be to do something "fun." I personally hate cardio. Try a new sport, like tennis.

That would be great, but I have nobody to play with! My husband is in the military and WILL NOT do anymore exercising that he HAS to. Maybe would could go play golf, and not use a cart.

We don't live on base or anything, he lives in Ft. Worth and I live in Houston.
