Hi, let me start out saying that this site is one of the best I have seen and i have recommended it to many, but when i started my program with my personalized needs , it designs a program that only has a few excercise's plus a workout for a muscle group only once a week, while i would like to work out the same muscle group every 3 days. It also says if the program does not meet my needs that i would have to message the admin. a new program that i have designed for me, i have sent many messages and have got no reply. Please Help, Thanx.

You only need to work each muscle group once a week if you train right. If you overwork your muscle, it can actually be bad for results.
