I'm 19 and in college and have to do a lot of reading, and I was wondering if riding a stationary bike while I did it would be a good way to help maintain my weight? I am on a 4 day routine and run 5 miles (30 min) about 3 times a week, and I play roller hockey 1 night a week. I just don't like to sit still for so long. Is there something else I could do if a stationary bike isn't effective for weight maintanance?
