I bought some whey protein at GNC the other day and i started on it, but there are no instructions as to when i should take it. I took some this morning before my work out, basically i was just wondering when you are supposed to drink the stuff. haha also i know im not supposed to do this but i weighed myself today. And i weigh less, I woulda guessed i would have weighed more i lost an inch in my stomach. Does weight fluctuate during the day? Sometimes is it not noticable that your putting on muscle other than in your waist?
