I posted this in the womens forum but haven't recieved any responces so I thought I'd try here.
I have been down with a terrible case of bronichits for a little more than 2 months but now that I'm feeling better I'm trying to get back into a routine. I've signed myself up for the basic at home program and the 12 week abs agian, and now that the weather is warm cardio is easy. I don't have any equipment at home, not even those little free wieghts, though they are on my list as soon as I have a few spare bucks.
My problem is that my routine... well getts old fast and i'm not sure if it really targets my rpoblem areas. It consists o 4 sets of each of Push Ups, Side laterals, Chin betwwen Chairs, Can curls, Home squates, and Calf raises. I've been using cans for the Lats, and curls and increasing reps for everything else. 4 days a week.
My problem areas are my thighs ( mainly inner thighs), love handles ( which I know I can't target), and my abs. I'm looking to try to come up with a few diffrent routines that i can switch between on the 4days I work out. I would like to target some of my problem areas a little more and try to keep it interesting.
Any one have any suggestions??? Any help would be so appriciated.
