Hey
Im interested in losing the last bit of fat mainly on my stomach and a bit on my thighs! I really want that tonned look with a 6 pac! I already have cuts on my arms and a good chest! I just read somewhere that It is impossible to lose fat whilst building muscle :0 Is that true??? What should I do! Im currently doing weights 2 to 3 times a week and cardio 4 days a week and I consume a lot of protein and very low fat!

Will it be better for me to just do cardio and lose the fat before doing weight training?

Any suggestions, much help appreciated!
Thanks guys!

diet is science and you can do both mass and fat attack together. but it's your science.
try cutting out potato, carrot, peas, milk and all fruit and minimum or no veg,, eating only egg, fish, meat, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus that type of thing, for one week only...
it's a low carb(nearly no carb)diet, it's different and makes a change in your strict cycle- everybodies body gets bored, so stimulate it with change.
try it and let me know?

One thing that needs to be stressed is that in order for you to successfully achieve both, you HAVE to lift heavy weight. This will help in gaining lean mass while effectively reducing body fat. Of course, your diet needs to be right on par. And if you have to, do your cardio AFTER weight training. But more preferabley, do cardio on days you do not lift weights. Good luck.
