I want to gain weight, ie grow bigger muscles, but does anoy one have any tips for me?
I should do no cardiovascular work?
Eat a gram of protein per pound of weight?
anything else?

Lift heavy as you can , raise your caloric intake ( good calories )probably to 3000 or so...keep the protein level up ...
Supplements are good , long as you can afford them...and take the proper ones.
From what I've read these are the basics..

and time is important... it takes ages to build muscle and months to lose...
eat egg whites, fish, chichen, take a protein powder drink. don't eat sweets and chocolate you'll gain fat.
train hard= means smart= means= add one pound or one rep every week to every exercise. train biceps/delts once a week, they are only small, cardio once a week for health the weights 2 times a bodypart max a week and rest alot- sleep on a protein drink and protein an hour before training and after training protein within an hour.
