I am 130 pounds.
1) Providing I eat enough protein an keep to my exercise program, how long do you think approximately it will take for me to gain 20 pounds in muscle?
2) There are NO calf exercises in my gym...are there any I could do at home?
To answer you first question, everyone builds muscles at different rates. 20 pounds of lean muscle is a lot and may take a little while but just work hard and I am sure you will enjoy your results as you go.
