Cheese is a great source of protein, however, it is very high in fat. This fat is not particularly good fat either it is mostly saturated as it is from animal source. Read labels too I just looked up one slice of Harvarti 35% fat is 170 calories and a whopping 14gms of fat. One slice of Provolone 24% fat is 69 calories and 5 gms of fat.
