For each I did 4 sets of the following reps:
for eg;; Bicep Curl --Set 1= 20reps - 66lb/30kg
Set 2= 15reps - 66lb/30kg
Set 3= 12reps - 77lb/35kg
Set 4= 10reps - 77lb/30kg
Apparantly I shouldn't do anymore work on these muscles till next week?? Is this true?? A whole week??
Also,
How often should I increase the weight?? I found this quite tough, but managed it...
Yow wont be working them directly for the rest of the week, but they will be hit indirectly with other parts of your workout. Add weight when you feel you can, but make sure you don't jeaprodise your good form.
