I'm currently consuming Creatine from Scitech. what other supplements can I include? I used to take Power System's fat Ripped Cut fat burner...any recommendations on fat burners and Creatine?
any way I can improve my waistline through workouts? I have runs on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Each run is about 5km.
Hey, to be honest, I was told that the fat burner supplements are a waist of money and do not work! I used to have a big waist and I found that by doing sit ups and crunches, your trousers begin to feel looser :) You also have to combine cardio such a running with some weights to loose fat but you cannot spot reduce fat i.e. target a specific area! The best way is to have a good diet, i.e. low fat and high protein and medium carbs and excersise frequently! Hope this was helt to you!
