I weigh 190lbs and I am 6'2. I run about 5 days a week at a 7 min pace for 2 miles everyday after I workout. Yet I still kind of feel bloated in my stomach area, am I eating too many carbs? I usually have 2 bowls or cereal in the morning and thats about it before my workout. I usually work out around 3p.m. what is the deal here, Should I knock cereals off my list and go to egg whites and toast? I just don't understand why I feel bloated. Appreciate any information.
