I've been out of touch for the last month or so and since I'm lazy and didn't want to wade through 3000 posts to find out -- Have you had your latest competition yet and if so, how'd you do?

Thank you for asking, He placed 4th and we were very proud. He has posted new pics. Now we are in training for the May 17th show, where we are going to pose together. I kicked his butt on Cardio this morning. If you know where I can find a cheap trophy case, let me know lol

You are right mike!! At one time placing in the top 5 was the ultimate, but now I want more! I am training earnestly for this one, and yes, if you meant the cardio thing, she humbles me in it! I burnt 235 calories this morning in 20 minutes, gggrrreat for me, she did over 400 in 30 minutes! But, she still can't bench press 300 lbs.! LOL.....

what kind of cardio did she do? Elipticle?
I burn about 350 in 30 min on the elipticle, how'd she do that??

She does 20 min. on the stepper, then the balance on the elipticle. She does a HIIT type, I must admit, she pushes it on cardio.

Yes, HITT cardio is very hard, but I want to get it over with as fast as I can, and burn as many calories as I can. By the way, they don't make cheap trophy cases. Look like I will have to shell out the big bucks to protect those wonderful trophies. Just to let everyone know also, BB1fit is more cut now than he was for the show, I really beleive he just might get that 1st place trophy in May. You go Baby!!! Oh yeah he is right on the bench press thing, with the diet he has me on for the show, he could bench press me!!!! One more thing, Thanks Carivan, If you want the 400 in 30 mins, you will have to Go Go Go, faster faster, faster.
