I want to try a workout but I haven't found one I've liked. I tried the one featured on this site and it just seemed to easy and had very few exercises. Am I doing something wrong and not finding the workout programs here. Everyone I find has me doing two exercises a day, and that just isn't right. Help me if I am just not looking hard enough on this site or if anyone has a sample workout. I workout Mon-Fri. Please any help.

It would help if you fill in your profile so everyone knows where you are starting at and what you want to accomplish and what you have available to work with. :)
I'm no expert since I'm fairly new myself, but without knowing anything else, I'd say monday, wednesday, and friday do a weight workout and tuesday/thursday do cardio. Best time is first thing in the morning before you even eat. And also get your diet so that you are eating 5-6 small meals a day made up of only healthy protiens, carbs, and fat.
Without more specific information in your profile, that is pretty much all I know to say for now.

It all depends on your fitness goals. Which program did you choose on this site?
The workouts on this site are designed so that you only train one or two bodyparts per day each week. And yes, that is the right way to go about working out. It takes your body that long to fully recuperate.

If you have selected the "muscle mass" program on this site & feel that it's not going to give you the results you want. I suggest another website that is pretty hardcore for bodybuilding. It's going to take alot of reading to truly understand the concepts of real old school weight training & why it works, but the site is laid out great with loads of information: www.abcbodybuilding.com
