Ok im starting to look pretty good arms/chest etc. Except my stomach, im very thin anyways i just have a little stomach, so little it doesn't really stick out when i wear a shirt. Anyways ive been working out now for about 3 weeks and my arms look good chest shoulders all good, and getting noticable, but my stomach and abs still look the same, can anyone give any other ideas, exercises/foods? my diet has been good enough water, and protein, does the fat hide out there the longest? my stomach still looks the same? am i doing anything wrong?
