Hi guys and gals. I'm a 6 ft. tall male. I started my exercise rotine, primarily cardio( elliptical and treadmill) last May and have gone from 283lbs to 225lbs. I joined a local fitness center and have access to weight machines and free weights. I know free weights are more effective than the machines but I need a really good weight training program to really sculpt my body.I'm looking to get lean and mean without gigantic muscles, if you know what I mean .
