I am going into week five of the abdominal program and may have a problem. The program calls for vertical bench crunches that uses a machine. I am at home and do not have access to that equipment. Is there another exercise that I can do to get same results as the vertical bench crunches but without any machine?

You can put your legs on your weight bench, while you lie on the ground doing crunches. Basically, you just need some sort of elevation.
Good luck!

============ Hanging leg raises. Hang from a bar like you're going to do chinups, except raise your knees to your chest, either straight up or alternate one side then the other. Works lower abs.

I signed up for the weightloss & definition program and the abs program. I have my workout fpr the weightloss and definition, but Im getting a workout plan for the abs program (even though it shows that I have signed up). Am I doing something wrong?
