I have been taking Xendarine EFX (Ephedra Free) for a couple of days now, but I get jittery and dizzy / lightheaded / naucious. Is this to be expected? Is this just part of the energy incease? Thanks for any help.
I am taking Trimspa, and initially I experienced your symptoms. I felt that way for about 4-7 days then it went away. I thought maybe my system was not used to the ingredients contained in the pill. In hindsigt what I should of done was gradually increase my dosage. I know it was not a direct answer, but it was my experience with a similar product.
Whit - though I'm not a fan of Xendarine (Ephedra Free or otherwise) if you're insistant on taking it, then cut back on the dosage & by all means cut out any other caffeinated products. I stayed on that stuff for a couple of weeks, but couldn't tolerate my short fuse temperment that it caused me to have.
