Hi there everyone! I was wondering how much weight I should be using on the seated calf machine and the standing one. I am currently 165lbs but should be 125-130lbs.I am overweight with nothing for calf muscles. Please help. P.s. I am currently under the weight loss and toning 8 week program.Thanks.
