Well, I have sat on my butt long enough. Still don't have enough to equipment to do what I want and now that my husband needs $7,000 for college, I don't see my home gym coming for at least another 2-3 months. I have signed up for the FT home program and should be able to do those with no problems. Hopefully I will get some good results. It started off with a 4 week split so I will see how my results go by the end of that. I can so the exercises here while on duty once I put the recruits to bed so it should work out good.

Sounds like a plan. If you don't get a home gym working well, try a local gym for a fairly small monthly fee.

You can also try video tapes, thats how I started out and know I working out at the gym for the heavier weights.

With videos the most you will need are 3, 5, 8 and 10lb weights.
