Hi everyone, I'm new here. Over the past two years, I've slowly gained weight, maybe 1/4 lb or 1 pound a month, but that has added up to almost 15 pounds! I've tried to lose it by dieting and running, but the weight is still there and my body fat isn't decreasing. Any ideas on how I can lose this unwanted weight?
Not sure what kind of "diet" you have done. Search through some of the posts here for the right kinds of foods to eat and how many proteins, carbs, and fats you should be consuming. Also, check out the exercise program offered by the site! It has worked very well for me!
