Alright here is my problem. I don't get out of school until 3:00, and then I usually have to start work every MON, WED, at 4:00. I also work SAT and SUN from 9-4 and 12-5 respectively. Lastly I have french class every TUE and THU from 6-8. Usually, once i gey home from wherever I was, or what I was doing, I'm already tired, and I don't have the initiative to do my workout. I also don't have much time to complete it. What should I do?

Do you have any free time during school? I used to hit the school gym for about 30 minutes in between classes if it was lunch time (then run to cafeteria after the workout to eat) or 40 minutes if it was AM or afternoon. Both should still give you enough time for a quick shower and still be beneficial. Dancing is also great. If you go out clubbing, try not to drink the club dry, <g> and dance all night.

I do not know if you are trying to slim down or build muscle mass, but after reading your post, I think the article at this url:

Re-read your post. Every sentence sounds like an excuse why you can not work out. Stop making excuses and do it. Having the initiative is just a matter of willpower. No one can help you get up and work out but yourself.
Have faith in yourself! You can do it! Many people have schedules just like yours or busier and make the time to work out. Motivate yourself! Take a picture of yourself wearing nothing but a pair of shorts from the front and the back. Get a picture of someone you want to look like. Hang them side by side where you can see them every day. When you feel too tired to work out, go look at them and think, "Do I want to look like this for the rest of my life, or do I want to look like THIS?" Then go get your workout in!
If what you have listed is all there is to your schedule, you could get 4 workouts a week in. Sun 6-7 & Tue 4-5 do upperbody and Thu 4-5 & Sat 5-6 do lower body. You can do 50 minutes of weights and 10 minutes of cardio each day.
The only person who can give you the motivation and initiative is yourself! Like Nike says, Just Do It!

Awesome! A female T-magger! Gwindalyn, your kind is rare. Props from me. I was about to recommend something similar to gwindalyn, working out right after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays and then after work on Saturdays. If possible, get a membership to a gym that's on your way home and take your workout clothes and some shampoo with you wherever you go on workout days. That way you leave school or work, go straight to the gym, shower there and go on with your life. You only need an hour on your workout days and it looks like you've got a 3 hour window on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You can split your body parts up (say chest/tris/abs;legs;back/bis/shoulders or chest/back;legs;arms/abs) or do full body workouts with lower volume per body part. If you want to do the latter, go to menshealth.com and look for the Iron Manual workout. As you can see, you've got the time - but you've got to take care of the initiative part.
