I am a 17 year old male and i work out 3-5 times a week but school and sports sumtimes cut me short on days. I partake in alcrosse and basketball and am pretty athletic. I just have one problem, my chest. I can't get rid of the fat on my chest! Its actually pathetic cause my chest seems to sag down a bit at the end aorund ym nipples. I do many chest presses and flys and form muscle and definition but the fat stays! Its the only thing holding me back during the summer. I have nice abs, arms and back. Any suggestions?
cardio is the way to burn the fat away, you can do as many flyes and bech press as you want and sure your muscles will get huge but you will still have that fat on your chest. so do about 20 to 30 minutes of good target heart rate cardio after your workouts(and dont forget about proper nutrition)
Yes true. But he did say he was active and plays 2 sports.. im sure that would take care of the cardio part of it. Since that isn't the answer... cut back on overall daily calories and carb's.
