Ok as always heres my background so that you know why I'm asking this question. I live with my parents right now. I'm a student and cannot afford a place of my own as I am paying my school off out of pocket and not going through loans and what not. Anyways my family is big on the 3 meals a day thing and Well there isn't anything else in the house for me to make seperate meals for myself. Anyways.. What can i do to eat healthier? I guess just do it would come to everyones minds. But it is easier said then done when you have no money. What can I do with items that are usually in a house? Should I eat very little at my family's meal times and try finding food to eat every three hours? And while I am at school... I am very bad for taking a lunch .. I seem to always forget to make it or just do not make one. And the school offers very little in the way of healthy food. What can i do there? Any ideas would greatly be appreciated.
