I'am Very confused to what body type i am. I think i have features of both Mesomorph and Ectomorph. My shoulders are wider than my hips but i cant seem to put on weight. Unfortunitly I am a smoker but also consume about 3000 calories a day. I also seem to have a very fast metabolism and although i am skinney i have quite defined muscled and can lift heavier weights than most people my size. In the past i have never been able to stick to a weights routine so find myself training on and off. Is their a way for me to find out exactly what i am so i can train my body accordingly to gain mass.
Sorry i should of meantioned in my last posting that i am male, 20yrs, 5ft 11. and weigh between 9&10 stone. Any help on this topic would be appreciated.
