I joined kyogen karate a few months ago and have already seen kickass results. I can kick a semi-short person in the face if I want... nobody expects a kick ^_^. Either way it's a great source of cardio and flexability, better than any sport IMO. So go and join if you want to tone and stuff while having a FUN time.
