Hey Everyone!!
hope everyone is comtinuing with their goals. I have been doing great, I got to my target weight (200) and now im putting on lean muscle. I am in my 9th week of creatine, and i can definitely see a difference. I have a few questions, so hopefully someone can lend the advice. First, I am getting about 90-100g of protein a day, which i think is kinda low. Im 6'0" 210 lbs, 25-26% body fat. Another question, how many carbs(and what type) should i be eating post workout? i try to have a piece of fruit for the carbs, but im not exactly sure. Lastly, after my 12 weeks of creatine i want to change my routine,and i wanted to know if i should keep some workouts or change them all together? Thanks in advance for the help.
