Hi, I read that there is nothing you can do for loose skin besides surgery. But what exactly do you consider loose skin? Is a flabby stomach considered loose skin? I have had three children and have fat to lose in my stomach, but it is more like a roll that appears when I bend over. I would think that loose skin would be skin that would hang when you bend over? Or see wrinkles in it? I would really like to hear your thoughts on this. Thanks!!! Melissa
i have the same problem...i have had 3 children and i think i look more pregnant in the stomach now then i did when i was actually pregnant..is there any hope that it can go away without surgery
I lost a whole me and when I was done the loose skin was my biggest problem and surgery was not a option. Being a diabetic I also have dry skin. I use baby oil after I my bath and moisturize daily. The skin needs time also to reshape to the body so with patients and lots of moisturizer it will do so. I was 250 went down to 127, took me three years to accomplish my goals. I still have some loose stomach skin but nothing like it was. Building up my abs has also helped to fill in the loose skin.
-------------- I will lift my own weight someday!!!!!
