When doing cardio, is it best to stretch BEFORE, AFTER, or BOTH??

This has worked good for me: I like to use some light cardio to warm up the muscles 1st, then I do some rotations, (neck, shoulder, hips, knees, ankles)and then some light stretching. After my work-out I do some extra long stretches-holding each stretch for about 10-15 seconds.

Oh, that makes sense;)...
Actually, i've always known that when exercising, it really is a good idea to stretch. And it's not like i'm *new* to exercising!=) Although it was ingrained in my head, I guess i was never dilligent in *practicing* it...
Anyways, my point is, more recently, i've been extra careful to include stretching in my workouts, and it has made SUCH a difference! I think it's one of those little things that we know we SHOULD do, but sometimes don't do it -- like drinking water almost. It's a little thing that, in the end, makes a big difference!
Anyways;), thanks for clarifying for me, intruder!=)

Definitely before and after. You need to stretch before to warm the muscles and then after to cool them down.
