Hello you lot just a question as to what time of day shall I do this as I work a shift pattern which means I finish at different times each day meaning I get home around 8pm on the latest evenings. Can it vary or should it be a specific time could it be in the morning on a couple of days or evening the other days, when I get home from work or at work not sure
doesnt matter when u train....as long as you train!! I too work shift patterns so train one week in the morning and one week in he late afternoon. I also think that working out at different times of the day helps to keep the boredom down. good luck...
